Cancellation Policy 

You can request to cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled. Simply log in to your account & use our self-service process. Click on your order and select 'Cancel items'.

If the order has already entered the fulfilment process then you won't be able to cancel the order but you may be able to request a return. See our refund policy for more details and instructions.

EU residents may submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of receipt of your order.
