Cancellation & Returns

Note - you must be logged in to request a cancellation or return. 

You can request to cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time. If the order has already entered the fulfilment process then you can't cancel but you can request a return within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

Simply log in to your account & use our self-service process. Click on your order and select either the 'Cancel items' or 'Return items' option.

EU residents may submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of receipt of your order.
