Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened (if sealed), in its original packaging and including any bonus or additional items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of both the the item damage and any damage to the packaging.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
UK & European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened (if sealed) and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Failed deliveries
Providing an incorrect or invalid address, failure to collect or refusal to accept a delivery for any reason other than transit damage is a violation of our terms of service.
If the item is returned to us we will inspect and refund within 10 business days of receipt, subject to it being in the same condition in which it was sent, unused, unopened (if sealed), in its original packaging and including any bonus or additional items. The original shipping charge and any subsequent fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Missing items will be deducted from any refund due.
If the item is not returned to us no refund will be given.
Import and export costs, import VAT, duty, customs fees and courier admin charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay customs fees is a violation of our terms of service and can lead to goods being retained or destroyed by customs authorities. Where this happens no refund will be given.
