Shipping Calculator
Shipping costs are visible once items have been added to the shopping basket. Add the item(s) you'd like to order and the shipping calculator will display available shipping services, prices and timescales.
Domestic delivery
Economy
Orders will be sent via either second class or an economy courier service and are normally received within 3-6 working days from dispatch.
Tracked
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and are normally received within 2-4 working days from dispatch.
Express
Orders will be sent via either Royal Mail First Class or Tracked 24 service and are normally received within 1-3 working days from dispatch.
Special delivery*
If you require an item urgently, it may be worthwhile selecting Special Delivery when placing your order.
Orders are delivered the next working day* from the date of dispatch.
Service substitution
We reserve the right to substitute a shipping service or provider without notice, unless it impacts the delivery estimate in which case you will be notified in advance.
International Delivery
Estimated delivery timescales are available on the product page and are re-confirmed during the checkout process.
Approximate times are below. These include an assumed dispatch time of 2 working days:
- Europe 1-3 weeks
- US 2-3 weeks
- Australia, Asia 2-4 weeks
- Rest of World 2-6 weeks
Please note this is a guide only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee. Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. This includes potential inspection by Customs which may add several days to several weeks to the delivery time.
Standard Tracked
Europe excluding Bulgaria & Czechia
AU • BR • CA • HK • JP • LB • MY • NZ • SK • TH • TW • US
For the above countries, Standard Tracked orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and are normally received within 1-3 weeks depending on destination. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch.
For all other countries orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed. This service offers partial tracking only and requires an adult's signature upon delivery. PO Box addresses cannot be used with this service.
Express Tracked
Express Tracked orders will be sent via Parcelforce or an equivalent courier service and are normally received within 1-2 weeks for most destinations. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch. PO Box addresses cannot be used with this service.
Economy Untracked
Available to selected destinations only. Economy Untracked is an economical service which offers great value but is slower than Standard or Express. Although delivery confirmation is included there is no tracking information provided during transit.
If you prefer to track your parcel do not select this service. A tracking reference cannot be subsequently added once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Vinyl will be sent in a dedicated mailer with a stiffener, bubble-wrap, and with 'Fragile' tape, 'Do Not Bend' & 'Protect From Heat' stickers.
Other media formats will be sent in stiff CD/DVD mailers with additional bubble wrap and 'Fragile' stickers.
Media sleeves will be sent in board-backed envelopes with 'Do Not Bend' stickers attached. Larger quantities will be sent in box envelopes.
Larger orders will be boxed and tightly packed with both bubble wrap and kraft paper for extra protection.
Orders not received
Orders not received by the due date will be handled as per Royal Mail terms & conditions. Orders will not be considered 'lost' until the following time has elapsed since the latest advised delivery date.
- UK - 10 working days
- Special Delivery - 5 working days
- Europe - 20 working days
- Rest of World - 25 working days
Refunds for lost items will be limited to the item(s) cost and delivery charges. No compensation will be given for consequential loss.
Failed deliveries
Providing an incorrect or invalid address, failure to collect or refusal to accept a delivery for any reason other than transit damage is a violation of our terms of service.
If the item is returned to us we will inspect and refund within 10 business days of receipt, subject to it being in the same condition in which it was sent, unused, unopened (if sealed) and in its original packaging. The original shipping charge and any subsequent fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the item is not returned to us no refund will be given.
Import and export costs, import VAT, duty, customs fees and courier admin charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay customs fees is a violation of our terms of service and can lead to goods being retained or destroyed by customs authorities. Where this happens no refund will be given.
*Special Delivery additional terms
If your order is not delivered next working day you will be refunded your delivery charge less the standard shipping fee.
Select remote locations are excluded from the delivery guarantee, exceptions can be found here
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered working days for this service.
If Royal Mail suspends the guarantee for any reason it will also be suspended by us.
